UFC 111 Picks To Win

Well UFC 111 in my mind is one of the best fight cards that I’ve seen in quite some time. I’m really looking forward to seeing GSP as well as Shane Carwin who is a great up and coming fighter in the Heavyweight division.

Also on this card the John Fitch Thiago Alves bout which is going to be one hell of a fight. I think the 2 are pretty evenly matched. Also really looking forward to seeing Nate Diaz once again.

I’m going to recommend Bodoglife.com if you know your mma its a great way to make a little money if you know your fighters. There are no guarantees though anything could happen. I’m just saying the odds of winning are almost like a poker game after a while if you know who’s who in mma you will come out ahead.

So here are my pics for the event

UFC 110 Velasquez Nogeuira

After looking at the fight card for UFC 110 I definately wanted to see what was going to happen with the main event. I was looking forward to seeing Cain Velasquez fight. Velasquez was going into the fight as the underdog but remained undefeated.

I don’t know if I would have bet any money on this fight but I had this gut feeling of what the outcome was going to be. Nogeuira looked very good in his previous fight but he is starting to age a little and we’ve all seen just how fast and on the money that young Cain Velasquez is.

Cain came out with a great strategy of mixing it up well with punches and kicks both being equally as fast. The fight ended at just 2:20 in the first coming by the way of  knockout.

So my prediction is that Cain is on his way to the top. I really haven’t seen much of his ground game but his stand up is phenomonal. Really looking forward to seeing more of him in the upcoming future.
